Do I need a special password? No, use your X Number and Password, if you are a student/staff/faculty?
What if I forgot or can’t remember my password? If you forget your password, you can reset it using our online password system. If you have questions, please contact the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at (630) 466-7900, ext. 4357.
Password fails. Have you tried to enter your password more than 3 times?Your password becomes locked after 3 attempts. Contact TAC.
Have you been notified that your password is expiring? Try logging in to a networked computer. If you still cannot log in, contact TAC.
