Providing well-rounded support to qualifying students

For some students, a college education is a dream that might seem out of reach. At Waubonsee, you can make your dream a reality, and our TRIO/Student Support Services (TRIO/SSS) team can help.

The TRIO/SSS program provides holistic academic, career, financial literacy, tutoring and cultural events, and provides well-rounded support for our students. And since TRIO/Student Support Services is among the federally-funded TRIO programs, all services are provided at no cost.... which means participation is free!

What is TRIO/SSS?

  • Qualify as a low-income student;
  • Have a visible/invisible disability protected by Federal law.

In addition, eligible Waubonsee students will:

  • Have a need for academic support services
