Foundation Scholarship
Each year, the Foundation raises funds to provide scholarships for deserving area students. The Waubonsee Community College Foundation was able to provide 426 scholarship awards totaling more than $438,000 for the 2025-26 academic year.
For use during the 2026-2027 academic year, applications open November 1, 2025. For consideration, all students are encouraged to apply by:
- Priority deadline: February 9, 2026
- Final deadline: May 4, 2026
Student Support Fund
The Student Support Fund is sponsored by Waubonsee Community College Foundation to provide short-term assistance to keep students in school impacted by an immediate, unexpected, or unusual financial constraint (such as injury, death, catastrophe, food insecurity, housing insecurity, unexpected losses) and not to assist with long-term challenges.
