Application Process by Types of Aid

Applying for grants, loans and work-study jobs requires the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid provides students access to financial aid from the state of Illinois if they are ineligible for federal financial aid.

Scholarships are available from a variety of sources and have a different application process.

At Waubonsee, we offer four types of financial aid.
