The Student Accounts and Cashier Office is the college's office for student payments
On the Sugar Grove Campus, the cashier window is located on the second floor of the Student Center, next to Registration and Records. Payment is also accepted in person at the Aurora Downtown, Aurora Fox Valley and Plano Campus front desks.
How to Pay
Waubonsee accepts payments in cash, electronic check*, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or bank debit. Full or partial payments can be made:
||Online through mywcc or the Student Account Suite
(Note: Parents, employers and other third parties wishing to pay tuition bills must be set up as authorized users by the student and can then pay online using the Student Account Suite for Authorized Users.)
||In person on the Sugar Grove, Aurora Downtown, Aurora Fox Valley or Plano Campuses|

*Waubonsee processes checks electronically. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize the college to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account. Be aware there will be a $25 fee for any insufficient funds/declined checks. If you have a question, please contact the Student Accounts and Cashier Office.
