Counseling, Advising and Transfer Center

Waubonsee's Counseling, Advising and Transfer Center is staffed with trained and caring counselors who can help you with your current challenges and/or future plans. We provide a wide range of academic, career and personal counseling, so whether you're still exploring majors/careers or need to know the specific courses that will transfer to the four-year school of your choice, come and talk with us. We're happy to help.

Appointments are recommended for all services, but are required for the following services:

During the months of August and January, there will be limited appointments available at both the Aurora Fox Valley and Plano Campuses.  There are no appointments at the Sugar Grove or Aurora Downtown Campuses during either month.

Sugar Grove Campus
Student Center, Second Floor
Monday - Wednesday, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Thursday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
(Closed Thursdays from 3 - 4:30 p.m. for meetings)

Aurora Downtown Campus
Monday - Wednesday, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Thursday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Aurora Fox Valley Campus
Tuesday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
(Appointments are encouraged but not required.)

Plano Campus*

Tuesday, 11:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

*Academic advising offered during all listed hours. Personal, career and bilingual counseling offered 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays and other times by appointment.
