APC - No Gas Leak Found

At approximately 11:15 Tuesday morning, Campus Operations received a report of a suspected gas leak in the Academic and Professional Center at the Sugar Grove Campus. An alert was sent via the college's emergency notification system to advise people to avoid the area while the matter was investigated.

The investigation found no leak. Instead, it was plastic material being used in a 3-D printer that had melted and created an unusual smell. An all-clear message was given.
