The event is scheduled to occur "rain or shine," but we will be responsive to any weather emergencies.

Below are some details and information that we hope will help you plan for a fun day. 

1 - 4:30 p.m. Family-Friendly Activities, Food, and Fun (see below)
1:30 p.m. Bike Tour of Campus
3:30 p.m. Group Bike Ride on Gilman Trail after Group Photo at Parking Lot N8
4:45 p.m. Prize Pull at the Information Booth

Free snacks, music, and family activities!

We hope to keep you hydrated and fueled up during the event. Even if you prefer not to ride, please join us!

  • Ice cream and snacks
  • Bike safety checks and bike rentals
  • Pickleball, wacky tricycle races, soccer kick challenge, and gravity basketball
  • Bike decorations, temporary tattoos, and coloring
  • Win prizes! (Fitness watch, Waubonsee swag, headphones, and more!)
