Circulation Services

Circulation services are available to registered Waubonsee students, faculty, and staff and Waubonsee Community College District 516 residents high school age or older. District registration requires current photo identification.

A $50 replacement cost is assessed to the borrower for each title that is lost or overdue in excess of one year.

Borrowing privileges are restricted for all users and grades/transcripts of Waubonsee Community College students are withheld when library financial obligations are unpaid.

Notifications will be delivered via email to the user's official email address on file with the College.

Study Room

Library study room space is available to currently enrolled students. Occupancy is limited to two hours, at the discretion of library staff.

Renewals

Renewal of library material may be processed through the "My account" feature, our online catalog, Live Chat, telephone, our mobile applications, self-check stations, or the circulation desk.

Renewal of interlibrary loan material is subject to lending institution approval.

Academic Reserves

Course-specific reserves are placed by instructor or department.
