Hardware, Software and Internet Needs
With the coronavirus pushing many courses online, we want to make sure you have the technology you need to succeed. If you feel like you do not have all the technology resources you need to complete your courses in these new ways, please send an email to LibraryTechSupport@waubonsee.edu to tell us what you need. Be sure to include your X-number and a callback phone number and/or email.
If you need WiFi access, Comcast is offering new, low-income Internet Essentials customers two months of free internet. Comcast is also raising the speed of that program's service to help people during this time. Visit https://corporate.comcast.com/covid-19 for information on this resource.
We’re committed to supporting your success, no matter how or where you learn. To that end, all student services are reachable by phone (voicemail in this current situation) and email, and many others have online chat and even virtual meetings. Check out the Services Directory for a quick reference.
Directly supporting you in your coursework are our academic services, including tutoring and the library. Visit the tutoring page to learn more about scheduling a virtual meeting with a Waubonsee tutor and/or accessing the SmartThinking tutoring system 24/7. Many library databases and resources are available online.
Request 1-on-1 Help
