Community Connections Workshops
Community Connections Workshops are gatherings for residents, employers, volunteers, civic leaders, and organizations invested in the future of the district.
These interactive sessions bring together the college and community partners—such as nonprofits, chambers, schools, municipalities, and park districts—to align efforts, share resources, and collaborate on local solutions.
Participants will:
- Learn about programs, workforce development, and community resources
- Explore partnerships that support economic vitality, workforce readiness, and well-being
- Gain insight into strategic priorities and future initiatives
- Share community needs and ideas to help shape planning and collaboration
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, programs, and events
- Build relationships in a collaborative, dialogue-driven environment
Whether you serve in a civic role, represent an organization, or care about your community, these workshops offer a space to connect, collaborate, and create solutions together.
