This course covers the role and function of a Company Fire Officer through human resource management, administration, policy review, and budgeting. Conflict management strategies are also covered. This course provides partial training towards the Company Officer Certification through the Office of the state Fire Marshal. Prereq, FSC105, FSC115, FSC118 or Basic Operations Firefighter Certification
