We hold our students to high standards when it comes to career readiness, interview performance and ongoing success in their permanent employment. We also have expectations of our Employer Partners. Please review these details to understand Waubonsee’s commitment to compliance with national standards.
All employers recruiting at Waubonsee Community College, whether in person, through posted jobs or by attending events, are required to uphold the professional conduct standards outlined in the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Employment Professionals, a subsection within Principles for Ethical Professional Practice.
Employer Eligibility to Post or Recruit
Waubonsee welcomes employment agencies, temporary staffing agencies and search firms to post their opportunities at www.waubonseecareernetwork.com, powered by College Central Network. However, the ability to access resumes to conduct searches will not be granted.
The CCJobNet Consortium, which Waubonsee is a member of, does not accept postings from employment agencies, temporary staffing agencies or search firms.
Job opportunities that are ineligible for listing at Waubonsee or with CCJobNet include, but are not limited to, in-home situations, independent businesses, independent marketing or sales for multi-level marketing companies while acting as an independent contractor. In addition, Waubonsee and CCJobNet do not allow promotion of opportunities where job seekers are required to provide a monetary commitment or are solely commission-based employment.
