General Information
For Students
Testers must have a valid picture ID. Valid forms of identification include a State Issued Photo ID, Passport, or Waubonsee XCARD. photocopies or pictures of your identification will not be accepted.
Testers must follow Testing Center Policies. While testing, if evidence is found or an observation has been made in regards to cheating, testing will be immediately stopped and all materials confiscated. Testing staff will notify the instructor at the time of the incident. Thereafter, decisions regarding further action associated with cheating will be deferred to the instructor.
Waubonsee course exams are given on a walk-in basis and appointments are accepted. Delays in seating can occur during high volume periods. Your instructor must submit your exam to the testing center prior to your arrival. Waubonsee course exams may be restricted to a specific campus or time. Please confirm with your instructor exam location, due dates, time limits and allowed materials.
The testing center must abide by the expectations of the exam as defined by your instructor. Any extensions or adjustments to your exam must be approved and communicated by your instructor to the testing center. Exams will be collected 5 minutes before close, please allow yourself enough time to take your exam. View our current hours in the directory.
