What Happens Next

  • Your application will be processed by our Admissions Department. Please note we are currently experiencing heavy volumes of applications, so processing can take up to 4-5 business days.
  • Do not continue to submit duplicate applications. This increases processing times. To check on the status of your application, email admissions@waubonsee.edu or call them at (630) 466-5756. 

 

  • Once your application is processed, you will receive a welcome email with two key pieces of info:
    • your Waubonsee student ID number, known as your X-number
    • A link to your personalized Enrollment Status Page where you can always see the steps you have completed/need to complete on your journey to becoming a Waubonsee student! This page also has the name of your Assigned Admissions Advisor.

Be sure to check your email (including your junk folder), and look for your welcome email.
