Certificate of Achievement

Electrical/electronics troubleshooting and mainte­nance is the fastest growing area of the automotive repair business. It is also the most complex. The program progresses from understanding the basic electrical system (12-volt) to the intricacies of accessories diagnostics and repair. Competency and accuracy in the use and calibration of basic electrical/electronics measuring tools (DC voltmeter, oscilloscope, etc.) are emphasized. After successful completion of the certificate, the student should be eligible to take ASE's Electrical Systems Exam.
