All the resources you need to manage or start a campus organization, all in one place. Registered Student Organizations (RSO) can use these resources to find information and complete tasks needed to function effectively and successfully. Most files are fillable PDFs and can even be signed electronically. To correctly fill out a form on your computer, first download the form and save it to your computer. Starting a New or Updating an Organization
Here is what you need to start a new RSO. Student Life staff are available to answer any questions you may have.
- RSO Application
- RSO Advisorship memo
Must be submitted by any Waubonsee employee seeking to become an RSO advisor
- RSO Administrative consent
Must be signed by a potential advisor's administrator
Maintaining an Organization
Here are all the forms you need to operate an RSO.
- Annual Registration form
Must be submitted each fall by every RSO or when an officer changes
- On Campus event form
- Off Campus event form
- Student participant travel waiver form
- RSO reimbursement
To be submitted with the Reimbursement Form
- Student Senate Allocation request
