Waubonsee Community College’s Music Department will offer a spring concert series showcasing the work of its students.
All shows will be free and open to the public, and will be performed in the Waubonsee Auditorium, on the college’s Sugar Grove Campus, Route 47 at Waubonsee Drive, unless otherwise noted.
The Steel Band will perform on Friday, April 28 at 7:30 p.m. The Chorale will perform on Sunday, April 30 at 3 p.m. The Concert Band and Jazz Combo will perform on Friday, May 5 at 7:30 p.m. The Jazz Band featuring West Aurora High School’s Jazz Ensemble will perform on Saturday, May 6 at 7:30 p.m.
The series concludes with a Student Recital on Sunday, May 7 at 3 p.m. in Room 114 of Von Ohlen Hall.
