The structure that offers the best variety of ingredients; carbs, protein, vegetables that could potentially make a meal.

Most Cans

The structure with the most canned foods.

People’s Choice

The winner of this category is the most popular structure determined by receiving the most votes. Voting can be done on or offsite using a QR code.

Judging

Each Canstruction® exhibit will be evaluated by a panel of judges representing a blend of design, engineering, construction, and community leadership.

Using a standardized scoring rubric, judges will evaluate each structure based on established competition criteria, including design, originality, structural ingenuity, craftsmanship, use of labels, and overall impact. Individual scores will be compiled to determine the award winners, ensuring a fair, consistent, and objective evaluation process.

Awards will be presented in multiple categories, recognizing excellence in both creativity and technical achievement. Winners of each category, (excluding People’s Choice) can compete in Nationals.
