This course provides an in-depth exploration of ethical hacking, focusing on the tools and techniques used to identify and address system vulnerabilities. Students will gain hands-on experience with penetration testing, emphasizing the legal and ethical considerations involved. The course covers tactics used by malicious actors and how to counter them through vulnerability assessments and secure system configurations. Prerequisite: CIS131 Recommended Prerequisite: CIS180
