Newman, Eamon

I have a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media and a Master's degree in IT. I started my career living in Korea, where I worked as an instructional designer, programmer, and teacher at Changwon National University. When I moved to the United States, I continued to work in education, developing web sites, edutainment games, and teaching at Northern Illinois University. I joined Waubonsee Community College in 2017 and have loved being here ever since.🎉

Recently, I earned the Applying the Quality Matters Rubric badge and was awarded a certificate in Effective College Instruction by the Association of College and University Educators.

Outside (and inside!) of school, I love to play computer games. I say inside too because I am an advisor for the Delta Collective, Waubonsee's gaming club 👾!
