Paranormal Experts to Speak at Waubonsee

Chicagoland ghostlore expert Ursula Bielski will speak at Waubonsee Community College’s Sugar Grove Campus at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 3. Tickets for the show, which also features stars of the series “Paranormal Cops,” are available at

Waubonsee Community College will present “Ghost Hunters and Ghostlore of Chicagoland” at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, in the Auditorium of the college’s Sugar Grove Campus, Route 47 at Waubonsee Drive. This double bill features stars from the A&E Network show “Paranormal Cops,” as well as noted ghostlore scholar Ursula Bielski.

Tickets are $15, and are available at All tickets are subject to a transaction fee. 

Starting the performance will be cast members from “Paranormal Cops,” who will explain how they apply the forensic and investigative expertise they’ve gained as Chicago area police officers to paranormal casework.

Next up is scholar and ghosthunter Ursula Bielski, who founded “Chicago Hauntings,” a popular ghost tour company in the city. An author and lecturer, Bielski is recognized as a leading authority on this region’s ghostlore and cemetery history. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Benedictine University and a master’s degree in American cultural and intellectual history from Northeastern Illinois University.
