Parent's Night to Explore College Process

The college process — deciding on a school, getting accepted, paying tuition, and taking care of other important details — can be complicated for both teenagers and their parents. To help give parents the information they need to navigate the process, Waubonsee Community College is hosting a Parent’s Night on Tuesday, March 8 from 6-8 p.m. in the Event Room of the Academic and Professional Center on the college’s Sugar Grove Campus, Route 47 at Waubonsee Drive.

Parents of current high school students are invited to attend this free event that will feature speakers, refreshments and a raffle for a $50 gift card.

Make your online reservation now or call the Admissions Department at (630) 466-7900, ext. 5756.

A second parent's event, Noche para Padres, will be presented in Spanish on Tuesday, March 15 at 6 p.m. at the college’s downtown Aurora Campus, 5 E. Galena Blvd. Reserve your spot online or call (630) 466-7900, ext. 2955.
