Aurora Campus

Waubonsee Community College is hosting guided Campus Tours for prospective students at its Aurora Downtown Campus, 18 S. River St., from March 25 to March 27. These family-friendly tours are open to the public and available in English and Spanish.

Prospective students and their families are invited to tour the Aurora Downtown Campus, explore Waubonsee’s educational offerings, and learn about the one-stop student services available. Bilingual staff will be available to answer questions.

The Aurora Downtown Campus is located in the heart of Illinois’ second largest city. Students benefit from a wide range of services in one facility, such as transferable general education courses, signature associate degrees and certificate programs, on-site tutoring support, and academic and career planning. It is also home to the college’s Latinx Resource Center and the Adult Education Program. As a Hispanic Serving Institution, Waubonsee is dedicated to providing resources and support to more than 32.4% of students at Waubonsee who identify as Hispanic or Latino.

Waubonsee offers a high-quality education at a lower price, saving recent high school graduates or adult students 60-80% on the cost of similar courses at four-year colleges. With MyChoice, students can choose from one of five modalities to learn when, where, and how they prefer.
