Organization Resources (HIT248)

2.0 Semester Hours

The philosophy and functions of human and financial resource management within the health care setting are examined. Emphasis
is placed on planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling, theories of decision-making, problem-solving, motivation, leadership and communication, in addition to quality and performance improvement, budgeting, the revenue cycle, work processes and goal setting.
