New Students — Welcome!
New students have a few steps to complete before registering for courses. For more information, please let us know what type of student you'll be:
- New Credit Student — Full-Time and/or Seeking Degree
- New Credit Student — Part-Time and Not Seeking Degree
- High School Student
- New Noncredit Student
Returning Students — Welcome back!
Great news! If you have previously taken a course at Waubonsee Community College, you can register online, by mail, by fax or in person. See below for details and links.

Getting registered is simple. Just download the correct registration form now, or request it by mail.

- Note: If you are trying to enroll or re-enroll in a course after it has started meeting, you will need to submit the Late Enrollment Appeal Form (pdf).
- Registration Form — Noncredit Courses (Workforce Development/Community Education)(pdf)
Request by mail: Registration forms are located in the back of the course schedules, which we are happy to send by mail. Request one using our Information Request Form or by calling Admissions at (630) 466-7900, ext. 5756. Be sure to specify whether you require the Credit or Noncredit schedule, as the forms do vary.
Getting Registered
For your convenience, there are many ways to register for courses at Waubonsee. Simply return your completed registration information to us. Reminder: New credit students are required to complete and return both a New Student Information Form and the appropriate Registration Form. Only those students with an X-number can register online.
Register Online — For students with an X-number, online registration is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week through the mywcc portal. Read our helpful online registration tips.
