Theobald, Jo Lynn

I began working at Waubonsee Community College in 1998 as a professional mathematics tutor. Shortly after I also started teaching developmental classes. I have also taught at both Joliet Junior College & Aurora University. After earning my Master's Degree while working part-time and raising my children, I began teaching full-time here at WCC in 2011.

My hobbies include photography - you should see some of my favorites in my office! Camping & traveling - I have been to every state in the US! I love being in the water snorkeling & scuba diving - I am a certified Scuba Diver! And of course, spending time with my family! My husband and I have 4 great kids that keep us busy! We also have some furry kids in the house, too!

I personally know what it is like to juggle work, family & my education. Some days are harder than others, but trust me - it is all worth it once you have reached your goals! Keep up the hard work!
