Change is a fact of life for many organizations due to the need to remain competitive. This course provides methodologies to anticipate resistance, recognize and manage employee concerns, and to increase buy-in while implementing initiatives for change. The blended design of this course will allow students to engage in the course content online and to apply knowledge in the classroom during the face-to-face meeting.

Hybrid instruction combines face-to-face and online formats. Between 40 and 60 percent of the instruction is delivered via the Internet, through use of the college's learning management system, with the balance of instruction delivered face-to-face.
