Conflict is inevitable in the workplace due to the diverse needs and values of people and organizations. Students in this course will learn strategies and methods to manage and resolve conflict for positive change. The blended design of this course will allow students to engage in the course content online and to apply knowledge in the classroom during the face-to-face meeting.

Hybrid instruction combines face-to-face and online formats. Between 40 and 60 percent of the instruction is delivered via the Internet, through use of the college's learning management system, with the balance of instruction delivered face-to-face.
