This 2-hour foundational course covers each step of a food service operation toward providing an allergen-friendly meal. Do you know how to avoid cross-contact and what to do when an allergy reaction happens? Learn what causes an allergic reaction, the main food allergens, how to communicate with customers who have food allergies and grasp the key concepts used from the initial order to the serving. This ANSI-CFP accredited certificate of completion is valid for three years.
