Join Nordic Walking enthusiasts for a fitness walk around Waubonsee's scenic campus and along the Virgil Gilman Trail. This low-stress, easy-to-master total body workout is fantastic for weight loss, building strong bones and enhancing back health. Led by a certified Nordic Walking instructor, the group receives instruction in the proper use of walking poles while enjoying the camaraderie of others.
