Jamie Sidwell — Business Coach / Recruiter

Jamie Sidwell

Jamie has more than 20 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and leadership development, working within manufacturing, distribution, and several service industries. She understands that communication is vital, and process efficiencies are critical if you want to perform at the peak of your game — no matter the “game.”

Building strategy that drives future business; coaching managers on how to get the most of their staff; and encouraging individuals to overcome obstacles, fears, and challenges are some of her specialties.

Jamie began a career in Not-for-Profit, spending several years in cutting-edge medical technology at Radiological Society of North America and American College of Radiation Oncology. Throughout her tenure, she had many successes at the executive level. She went on to build a few businesses of her own as she has a passion for entrepreneurial leadership. She shares that passion with others in helping them to achieve their mission as well.

Core competencies include: Group Facilitation, Recruiting, One-on-One Coaching, Team Development, On-Boarding, Talent Acquisition, Manager Training, Employee Assessment and dynamic Public Speaking.

Jamie was awarded Influential Women in Business by the Daily Herald, Business Ledger. The awards are presented to outstanding women executives who excel in business, civic and personal arenas.

Rick Lochner — Facilitative Instructor

Rick Lochner portrait

Rick leverages more than 30 years of progressive leadership experiences across the military and multiple industries, both for-profit and non-profit, as he runs his own leadership and business coaching practice. He has his BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MS in Teleprocessing Management from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. 

He has been teaching at multiple colleges and universities since 2004 and at Waubonsee since 2010.
