High School Students

Waubonsee welcomes qualified high school students to take courses and get a head start on college.

Current high school students 16 years of age or older are permitted to enroll in credit courses for which they have met the prerequisites. Whether taking the course for both high school and college credit (dual credit) or just college credit, students and their High School Counselor need to complete and submit the High School Student Registration and Authorization Form (pdf). For more information, contact Registration and Records, (630) 466-7900, ext. 2370.

Students Younger than 16
High school students younger than 16 need the prior approval of Waubonsee's Dean for Enrollment Management before enrolling in a college course. Letters of recommendation, transcripts and placement testing may also be required. For more information, contact the office of the Dean for Enrollment Management at (630) 466-7900, ext. 2969.

Summer High School Program
Waubonsee's Summer High School Program, which offers courses for high school credit only, has its own separate registration form and processes.
