AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY
Mildred R. Knoles Scholarship
Eligibility: 1) Applicants for this award shall be Veterans, children or grandchildren or great-grandchildren of veterans who served in the Armed Forces during eligibility dates for membership in The American Legion.
Amount of Assistance: First Place winner will receive a scholarship in the amount of $1,200.00. Additional scholarships shall be $800.00, funds permitting.

D-M-E PLASTICS UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS
As an essential resource to our customers, D-M-E is committed is taking action. We’re offering $20,000 in grants and scholarships to our customers for continuing education and to students for plastics-related degree programs—an extension of the popular D-M-E Plastics University created to aid new plastics industry students and professionals. DUNHAM GRANT
Eligibility: 1) Graduating 2008 2) Students residing within the Dunham Fund service area 3) Graduating from Aurora Christian High School, Aurora Central Catholic High School, Batavia Senior High School,  East Aurora High School, Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, Marmion Academy, Mooseheart High School, Rosary High School, Waubonsie Vally High School, and West Aurora High School. 4)A full-time course of study at an accredited college or university

GATEWAYS TO OPPORTUNITY
Eligibility: You must have worked in a IDCFS licensed program for a minimum of six months 2) You must work at least 15 hours per week 3) You must meet income requirements 
Amount of Assistance: 50% to 90% of tuition, fees and books. The percentages paid by Gateways Scholarship Program and scholarship recipients are determined through a sliding income scale, which is based upon the recipients's child care position income.

Tillers Health Care Residence Scholarship Assistance Program
Eligibility: 1) Must be a certified nursing assistant 2) Accepted for admission into the Nursing AAS Degree Program at Waubonsee Community College 3) Applicant must be accepted as an employee at The Tillers and agree to work as a certified nursing assistant a minimum of 2 shifts per week while attending classes at WCC 4) Must be willing to work at The Tillers a minimum of 1 shift per week for one year following graduation from WCC either as a RN or CNA once the state board examination has been passed
