Online Courses and Telecourses

Distance Learning courses provide students the flexibility of earning college credit anywhere and anytime. Waubonsee offers Distance Learning courses through a variety of delivery methods that include online courses and telecourses. To learn more about these courses, use the links to the left.

Two-Way Interactive Television (ITV)

In addition to online courses and telecourses, Waubonsee offers Two-Way Interactive Television (ITV) classes. In these classes, the instructor is often located at the Sugar Grove campus and classes are simultaneously broadcast to a classroom at the Aurora or Copley campus. These remote classes are fully interactive which allows the instructor and students at the remote classroom to see, hear and talk to each other as in any traditional classroom setting. Students can save travel time by taking a class closer to their home or work. For more information, contact the Distance Learning Office.
