Distance Learning Assistance

Contact the Distance Learning office if you are experiencing problems or have questions regarding an online course, telecourse or two-way interactive class. Online rental supplies, telecourse videos and syllabus information are also available. Office location and telephone numbers are below.

Call TAC (Technical Assistance Center) at 630-466-7900, ext. 4357 for password resets and technical issues regarding the college web site, Banner self-service and mywcc. General questions regarding any link on the mywcc/student tab will also be answered.

Online Support
The Distance Learning office provides technical support and group, individual and self-guided training for students using Blackboard, WebCT and mycourses.

Navigation support is available for MyLabs, MathXL, Live Classroom, Edublog, Live Text and CommuniCoach.

Telecourse Support
The Distance Learning office also provides support for students enrolled in a Telecourse. Contact the office with any questions regarding video rental, obtaining the course syllabus, testing requirements or how to begin a Telecourse.

Two-way Interactive Class Support
Students registered for two-way courses are able to contact the Distance Learning office with questions about VOD (video on demand) and two-way mail delivery.
