Notification of Application Unavailability

The New Student Application will be unavailable for mandatory system maintenance from 9 p.m. on Sunday, November 16th until approximately 4 a.m. on Monday, November 17th.  Should users encounter any errors or have any questions, please feel free to reach out using our contact form.

If you have never taken credit courses at Waubonsee before, completing the FREE New Student Application gets the enrollment process started. Once you submit the form, you'll receive a student ID/X-number and directions regarding your next steps to course registration.

Do NOT complete this form if you:
  • have ALREADY recently completed/submitted an application. This increases processing times. Call Admissions at (630) 466-5756 to check your application status.
  • are taking only noncredit (Workforce Education/Professional Development, Adult Education) courses. Instead, visit our Course Registration page.
  • are an international student (I-20). Learn more about the enrollment process for international students.

Using the online form

The secure online form collects a variety of information.

  • Demographic Information (name, address, social security number, etc.)
  • Ethnicity (for federal reporting purposes only)
  • Academic goals
  • Educational history
  • Electronic signature

All information provided on this form will be submitted to Waubonsee's Admissions Department and kept confidential in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
