| Free Zumba Session Offered |

Sugar Grove – Waubonsee Community College is offering area residents the chance to try Zumba at a free session on Monday, Aug. 16. The session will run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m in Erickson Hall, located on the north side of the college’s Sugar Grove Campus, Route 47 at Waubonsee Drive. Certified Zumba instructor Emily O’Donnell will lead participants in this new fitness craze that combines Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves.
Beginning in September, Waubonsee will offer a six-week Zumba fitness course for $49. The course will meet on Saturday mornings.
