Kendall County Jobs Event to Provide Help in Tough Economy
Waubonsee Community College will host a Kendall County Job Resource Fair on Friday, June 1, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at its Plano Campus, 100 Waubonsee Drive. The event, which is free and open to the public, will provide job opportunities, resources and strategies for thriving in a challenging economy.
Employers from the Kendall County area will be on hand to discuss their current job openings. Presentations will be given on conducting a successful job search, interviewing and networking effectively, and maintaining financial health. Attendees can also take advantage of one-on-one résumé reviews and a computer resource room to submit online applications.

The Kendall County Job Resource Fair is the result of a collaborative effort among several communities and organizations, including the Kendall County Health Department; the Village of Oswego; and the economic development corporations of Kendall County, Montgomery, Plano, Sandwich and Yorkville.
