Learning Enhancement Center

Waubonsee is known for helping students achieve more than they ever thought possible, and support services like the Learning Enhancement Center (LEC) are a big piece of that. The center is open to any student who needs help in a particular subject or with general study habits.

Assistance is available in a variety of different settings including classroom, individualized and open lab. We'll tailor the instruction so you work at a level where you feel comfortable, yet challenged.

The LEC at Sugar Grove is open from 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday. There are also LEC services available at the Aurora and Plano Campuses.

The LEC is a part of the Learning Enhancement division, which offers developmental coursework in English, math and reading, as well as personal development.
