Placement Testing for ABE/GED Classes
Testing for the Adult Basic Education (ABE) or General Education Development (GED) courses at the Aurora Campus is done in a group setting. Please contact the Adult Education Department, Room 457, to complete the tests at the Aurora Campus. The tests are offered on a walk-in basis at the Sugar Grove and Plano Centers for Learning Assessment. Students must have a Waubonsee student ID number (X-number) and a photo ID to test.
Testing for these courses consists of the Locator and TABE tests. These tests will assess reading and math skills. Testing will take approximately 3 1/2 hours.
