The NCRC helps both job seekers and employers.

The NCRC Plus offers an answer to both questions!

What It Is
The National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) Plus is an industry-recognized, portable, evidence-based credential that can prove an individual's potential to current or future employers. It scores people on a variety of foundational cognitive skills, as well as the soft skills needed to be an effective employee.

Earning the NCRC Plus
The NCRC is earned through a series of WorkKeys assessments, which measure “real world” skills that employers believe are critical to job success. Questions are based on situations in the everyday work world, and scores determine the level of certificate you earn. Waubonsee offers a WorkKeys test preparation program, as well as the actual WorkKeys assessments. Learn more about how having the NCRC Plus can help you stand out as a job seeker

Employer Advantages
