The Driver Safety Program offers the National Safety Council's widely acclaimed DDC-4 and DDC-8 Defensive Driving Courses, as well as the very popular "Alive at 25" program, at locations throughout Kane, Kendall and DeKalb Counties.  These are the same courses approved by the 16th and 23rd Judicial Circuits for use in their court supervision programs for minor traffic violations. The increasing number of drivers and vehicles on the road creates a continuing need for defensive driving training across all age groups.  Our skilled instructors focus on practical strategies to prevent traffic citations and collision-related injuries and fatalities.  The "Alive at 25" program is aimed at drivers who are most at risk since traffic crashes are the number one cause of death for drivers under the age of 25.  "Alive at 25" will help young drivers understand the consequences of the driving choices they make and why they often underestimate risks.
