You must be at least 20 years of age or over and have received a ticket in Kane, Kendall or DeKalb County. Other restrictions apply if you have taken an online class for supervision within 2 years or if you are specifically assigned to a different course type.
If I have a CDL Driver's License, do I still qualify to take the Driver Safety Class?
CDL license holders are not eligible to participate in the mail-in court supervision program. They must appear in court on the date indicated on their ticket if they wish to request court supervision from the Presiding Judge.
