French Language and Culture for Travel - Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 p.m., Jan. 23-Feb. 27
Explore beyond the Eiffel Tower with the insider information you'll need to enjoy your trip to France. Learn salutations and etiquette, as well as the simple language skills you'll need for reading schedules and counting euros, eating beyond the cafe, and handling medical emergencies. You'll also become conversant with abundances of French life, regional differences and destinations, hints for planning and packing, and much more. Bon voyage! CLASS FEE: $79 

Italian Language and Culture for Travel - Fridays, 6:30-8:30 p.m., March 7-April 18 (no class March 21) 
You don't need to be a maestro to make the most of your trip to Italy! Learn greetings and other etiquette (scusa o scusi?) as well as the simple language skills you'll need for reading schedules and counting euros, eating beyond the ristorante and trattoria, and handling medical emergencies. You'll also become acquainted with the gusto of everyday Italian life, regional differences, piazzas in several destinations, hints for planning and packing, and much more. Buon viaggio! CLASS FEE: $79 

Russian Language and Culture for Travel - Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 p.m., April 17-May 22
Just as the matryoshka dolls nest inside one another, the country of the 2014 Olympiad in Sochi has many layers. Acquire the inside information you'll need to enjoy your trip to Russia. Learn salutations and etiquette, as well as the simple language skills you'll need for reading schedules and counting rubles, ordering in retaurants, and handling medical emergencies. You'll also become familiar with a history and culture that embraces literature, regional differences and destinations, hints for planning and packing, and much more. Khoroshaya poyezdka!
