College and Career Readiness Partnership

Comprised of college and high school faculty, staff and administrators, this group' mission is "to develop and implement initiatives meant to align high school graduation and workplace or college competencies and skills."

Accessing Resources
If you're concerned with your students' success in higher education, you've come to the right place. As part of this initiative, we curated and created a variety of resources to help you and your students, including English and math portfolios/sample assignments. Click on a particular subcommittee or link to the left to get more resources for that area.

Getting Involved
Checking out our resources is great, but by investing just a little more time and attending a meeting or two, you'll be taking another step to ensure the preparedness of your students, while also getting a chance to network and share ideas with colleagues at both the high school and college level.

Committing the Time
We have just three large dinner meetings each year. Subcommittees may meet more often.

2014-15 full group dinner meetings:

September 16, 2014 (Summit), 4-7 p.m., Sugar Grove Campus, APC 110

February 2, 2015, 4-7 p.m., Aurora Campus 160

April 14, 2015, 4-7 p.m., Sugar Grove Campus APC 110
