Bio:
Johannah Silva (American, b. Manila, Philippines) is a Chicago-based artist and art educator. She received her MFA in Painting from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and her BA in Art & Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. Her work has been shown at various venues in Chicago such as the University of Chicago, Hyde Park Art Center, WomanMade Gallery, ArtExhibitionLink, and others. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts at Wilbur Wright College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago.
