Studying Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning at Waubonsee

 

HVAC at Waubonsee is a hands-on program, where students learn by doing in well-equipped labs and on real-world equipment.

Skilled instructors lead students through training on a wide variety of systems, and elective courses like wiring and industrial control systems enhance your education.

Our program promotes a culture of personal and workplace safety: students earn the OSHA-10 card; certification in the EPA Federal Clean Air Act, Section 608; and Ladder Safety protocols.

You’ll gain real-world experience through service opportunities, with student teams servicing HVAC systems, replacing entire heating and cooling systems and more.
