This certificate provides students who wish to specialize in working with infants and toddlers the essential knowledge, skills and experience necessary to provide quality programming. To obtain the Infant and Toddler Level 2 Credential, students must apply via Gateways. Gateways credentials are awarded and recognized by the Illinois Department of Human Services Bureau of Child Care and Development and are symbols of professional achievement.
