Program Admission

There are certain steps to getting started as a student at Waubonsee. Beyond Waubonsee’s regular processes, students wanting to earn the Associate in Applied Science degree in Health Care Interpreting or the Health Care Interpreting Certificate of Achievement are tested on both their written and oral language skills (Spanish/English). For more information on required testing, please contact Cindy Fisher or Susan Baier.

Students must be 18 years of age or older at the time of assignment to a practicum site.
